missingWrote a review on Dec 22hot waterpoor service
the reception is just ridiculous, how can one expect a good stay with a non-English speaking attendant? I absolutely loathed the intermittent hot water, an absolute disgrace. I was ready to give a nice review, but the lack of a mini fridge in my ‘luxurious’ room was the cherry on top. Never again.

The hot water ran out too quickly, but my room was really spacious.

Comfortable ambiance with beautiful decor.
The room was incredibly noisy due to poor insulation, making it hard to sleep. I was also frustrated with the limited hot water supply. it would suddenly run cold during my shower. Additionally, the bathroom was oddly proportioned, making it feel cramped compared to the spacious bedroom.

I loved the wide variety of tasty breakfast options and the beautiful central patio where I could unwind. The lovely courtyard and calming lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a day out. The only thing was the bathroom could've used a floor mat, but that didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

The hotel was a beautiful stay for our large family, especially with a spacious courtyard that created a cozy vibe. Having breakfast with my brother while the kids enjoyed fresh air in the patio added to the charm. Very close to the main square!
My wife says that the noise from the streets made it a bit challenging to nap during the day.

The stay offered a wonderful atmosphere, blending traditional architecture with a peaceful ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The staff displayed exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. Breakfast was a delight, featuring warm bread and 24/7 coca tea to ease altitude sickness. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with some areas needing attention, and there were moments of inconvenience due to limited hot water during showers.
